Thermoscan® provides high quality infrared thermal imaging inspections. We deliver timely relevant detailed reports and technical assistance to commercial and industrial customers.
Thermoscan® Inspection Services Pty Ltd was established in October 1980.
Since that date Thermoscan® has enjoyed a steady and consistent growth. In August 1982 it became a private consultancy and has built a significant base of satisfied customers.
We visit most of our customers every twelve months, some six monthly and a few every three months. Our procedures ensure that the customer is contacted regularly for the inspection at the agreed frequency, relieving the customer of the need to be concerned about when the next inspection is due.
To satisfy our many customer’s visits we are currently making twenty (20) regular air and road trips to all parts of Australia, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.
Thermoscan® has offices in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales that allow us to be on the door step of our customer’s, Australia wide.
We are now the largest consulting infra red thermography company in Australia and are equipped with up to date, high quality digital cameras and electronic reporting software.
In December 1993 Thermoscan® was granted Quality Assurance Accreditation to AS 3902:1987 and Queensland Government Quality Approved Supplier Status was awarded shortly afterwards. In July 1995 our accreditation was upgraded to AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994. Then in January 2003 our accreditation was upgraded to AS/NZS 9001:2000.
All our Field Operators are qualified electricians and are trained to either Level 1 or Level 2 Thermography certification to the Australian Institute for Non-Destructive Testing standards. All new team member are required to undertake this training within their first 12 months of employment.
